The birthday girl and party Queen, Mariama Isatu Isa-Marie Sesay-Bah was devastated to hear that by the end of March 2020, her friends, family, and I would be confined to our homes during her big day. Naturally her creativity sprung into effect as she decided to book DJ BDS and broadcast live to all of her Instagram followers. We've calculated 186 people tuned in and turned up as split screen toasts, shots, and dance sessions took place over a 2 1/2 hour span. This party included everything she would've gotten in a club except physical contact with other people as love and happiness filled her private VIP section... TAKE THAT SOCIAL DISTANCING!
